Slide in help panel and Opera?

Postby Bluesplayer » Mon Sep 21, 2009 8:53 pm

Hi

Came across an odd problem on my site with regard to the slide in help panel and the Opera brower. I run checks on my site with Explorer, Firefox and Opera just to be on the safe side. I am currently developing a big video site that has a number of stores. I have created a new search script for a few stores and I came across this problem when using Opera to search for products. When pressing the letter p and using the Opera the slide in panel is being activated. It makes searching for products impossible. Not too bothered by this but if there is a solution I would like to use it. You can see the problem on this store: http://bluesplayer.co.uk/sound_vision. Fine if using any browser apart from Opera. I could use a browser sniffer I suppose and deactivate the panel for Opera users. I might have to if a solution isn't available.
